Customer Service - Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (EDI) at Blackpool and The Fylde College

Course description

This course provides both the Apprentice and the Company with strong advantages in today's competitive market and current economic climate. In today's society customers have expectation of high service levels and customer loyalty is becoming harder to secure. Apprentices who have undertaken specific training in Customer Service skills, whether dealing with customers face to face, over the phone or to other internal colleagues, can help to provide a competitive edge to a company.

Entry requirements

Apprentices who are undertaking the Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship are likely to have some prior experience in a customer service role, perhaps already successfully completing the level 2 apprenticeship, although this is not a formal requirement. You will be invited to attend an Interview with the related Curriculum area to give advice and guidance about the job role and qualification.You will be required to undertake initial assessments in maths and English.
