AS Further Maths has 3 modules:◾Further Pure 1, consisting of complex numbers, vectors, matrix algebra and further calculus◾Statistics 1 and 2

Entry requirements

You should to be really enthusiastic about Maths and tackling complex problems to fully benefit from studying Further Maths. This course will improve your understanding of Maths, and give you the skills and confidence needed to take a University Maths degree. Taking Maths and Further Maths is a strong combination as both are classed by top universities as facilitating subjects, helping you progress to competitive courses such as Medicine, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics and Economics as well as to Maths degrees. Many universities will make you a better offer if they see you are studying Further Maths.

Yes - If it's your first full Level 3 and you're aged 19-23 your course is funded otherwise Advanced learner loans are available
