Extended Diploma in Fine Art and Sculpture (University of the Arts London) - Level 3 at South Thames College
This is your chance to get involved in live briefs and competitions and begin to market yourself in the artistic industries. We'll help you build your portfolio for further study or work. Studying fine art and sculpture will help you develop a variety of experimental and traditional material to make statements about yourself and the world around you. You'll get a broad understanding of the subjects through techniques and processes to include portraiture, scenery painting for film and theatre as well as sculptural modelling for forensic and medical research.
You'll present your work for commission, public art spaces, competition, scholarships and exhibition. At the end of the course you'll have a professional portfolio of digital and traditional disciplines to present for further study or work.

You must also show a portfolio of your art and design work at interview, which could include sketchbooks, drawings and samples. If you don't have this, the interview panel will give you tasks to complete for interview.
