Course description

History covers a variety of key political, social, cultural and economic issues.It is essentially a study of human experience, enhancing an understanding of people, society and the mechanics of change.

Course content

Entry requirements

Students will need to have gained a minimum of 5A*-C grades at GCSE.

Future opportunities

The majority of History students embark upon career not directly related to the subject, such as accountancy, law, business, advertising, media, civil service and management.
