ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL/ ENGINEERING ADVANCED FRAMEWORK at Chesterfield College
Depending on the pathway taken, key units include:
- Producing electrical and electronic drawings using computer aided design
- Testing electronic circuits
- Designing electronic circuits
- Maintaining electrical equipment
- Functional skills
This Apprenticeship is available at Advanced level and allows you to study towards a recognised qualification whilst in paid employment. Applicants to this Apprenticeship could be a mix of age and experience. As a guide, applicants may come from a range of routes including: work or work experience training and/or experience which could include a portfolio showing what you have done, Intermediate Apprenticeship, vocational or academic qualification(s).
Upon completion you can continue in your employed role and possibly progress into management roles given further study. You can progress onto University Level study including Higher National Diploma, Degrees or Management qualifications.
