Customer Service Level 3 NVQ Diploma at Brooks & Kirk Limited
The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service (QCF) is the next step up on the customer service ladder. Again it is a generic qualification so is suitable for learners in any sector.
This qualification is ideally suited to anyone working in one of the following roles;
- Bank/building society senior customer adviser
- Contact centre supervisor
- Senior customer service adviser
- Team leaders ( all sectors )
- Office managers
At Level 3 learners can expect to be working in front line delivery at a more senior or supervisors role.
Learners can progress to Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service (QCF).
