Course description

This course involves a variety of topics including a range of sciences, practical food production, design and technology.

You can gain additional certificates such as health and safety and food safety. This ensures that you will be fully prepared for a wide range of food related careers.

On successful completion, you can progress on to a degree or go directly into industry where demand for technically qualified staff grows every year.

You will gain:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Food Technology and Management
  • Level 2 CIEH Food Safety, Health and Safety, HACCP and Risk Assessment Certificates
  • Functional Skills or GCSE in English and Maths depending on previous qualifications

    • You will be studying in the beautiful, rural setting of Cheshire, one mile from the market town of Nantwich with good connections to Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Chester. 

      The Reaseheath campus itself is small enough to retain its friendly, family atmosphere, but large enough for you to be able to mix with lots of groups of students.
