Professional Catering Diploma Level 2 at Canterbury College
This course gives you the skills and knowledge needed to work in the hospitality industry. Students will help to run the Catering & Hospitality department's own Art Cafe and Restaurant.

- Types of food for different outlets
- Catering theory
NVQ or VRQ level 1 in cooking and four GCSEs at grade D including English and maths.
On going practical assessment with theory tests for each unit.
Entry into the hospitality industry, level 3 advance professional chef, level 3 Advanced apprenticeship programme.
.All learners are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours work experience per year, we recommend that learners strive to obtain employment in order to enhance and cement what is learnt on the course.
