Course content

At the heart of our thriving Performing Arts department sits the busy and efficient Stage Management team. Throughout the year we produce a number of shows and the stage management students assist in the running and technical management of most of them. We work mainly in our own studio theatre The Riverside Theatre but we do have shows that perform in outside venues like the Kings Theatre in Portsmouth, The Showroom at Chichester University and The Alexandra Theatre in Bognor Regis.

Entry requirements

A minimum of 5 GSCE's at grade C or above or a merit level grade in a related subject at level 2 Diploma.

Assessment

Each unit you undertake requires you to create a portfolio of evidence in the form of research, essays, photographs, videos, show related documentation (ie: cue sheets, schedules, plans etc) as well as personal evaluations and collection of witness statements.
