Exercise and Fitness Level 2 at Babcock Skills Development And Training

Course description

This course is ideal for those wanting to start out in the industry. You will learn how to conduct an induction session, including warm ups and cool downs, using free weights, resistance machines and cardiovascular equipment. You will also gain a better understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Entry requirements

Work an average of 30 hours per week • Not in full time education • Must be a European citizen • Must not hold a degree level qualification.
