Course description

Course content of 106 credits (12 units) which includes:

  • 3 Knowledge based elements
  • Functional skills

Additional Qualifications include: First Aid, Employment Rights and Responsibilities.


Entry requirements

3 GCSEs at Grades A-E (including English and Maths) or Functional Skills at Entry Level 3 or above.

Future opportunities

  • Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship Landbased Engineering
  • Level 3 Extended National Diploma in Landbased Technology
  • Employment

* Both levels of Service Engineering could lead to membership of the Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA) and also the Landbased Technician Association (LTA).
