Course description

This programme offers a progression to students who are interested in both kitchen (back of house) & restaurant (front of house ) work.

What Will I Learn

You will have a variety of opportunities to learn, train and develop skills for employment within the hospitality industry. As part of this full time programme, you will be required to develop your English and Maths skills and successfully achieve a Functional Skills qualification at the appropriate level.

Entry requirements

You will be working in this area and have completed a level 1. You will also be required to attend an interview and sit a basic skills test.
