Course description

The Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ) comprises 10 Units that must be successfully achieved. The student will also undertake additional elements to their programme of study as follows: City & Guilds Level 1 Award in Employability & personal Skills OCR Level 1 Certificate in Administration (Professional Development) English and Mathematics (Unless a relevant qualification is already held)

Entry requirements

There are no entry requirements for this programme "If you do not have a Grade A to C in English and/or Maths, you will be required to continue studying these subjects as part of your Study Programme."


Each ITQ unit is assessed by controlled assessments undertaken within the classroom setting. The employability and administration qualifications are assessed by completion of workbooks and practical activities which are observed within the classroom setting.
