Hospitality Traineeships (Front of House/Restaurant Service) at Westminster Kingsway College
You will spend two days per week in College studying an Introduction to Hospitality plus functional skills (English and Maths). You will also study: Workplace skills | Customer service in Hospitality | Food safety in Hospitality | Health and safety in the workplace. You will also spend three days per week with an employer in the Hospitality Industry learning practical ‘on the job’ skills and gaining essential work experience. You will also study communication, teamwork and preparing for interview.
Successful completion of this course could enable you to progress to a Hospitality Apprenticeship or a higher level course while also developing your skills in the workplace.With the skills and experience gained on your Traineeship, you could progress to an a full-time Apprenticeship, full-time course and progress into the work place.
