Course description

This is a professional cookery course and is designed for people working within the industry who want to improve and develop skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification.

What Will I Learn

You will improve your chef skills in advanced cookery within the workplace and in one of our training kitchens.

Entry requirements

You will be working in this area and have completed a level 2. You will also be required to attend an interview and sit a basic skills test.
