Course description

This advanced apprenticeship in Outdoor Activities and Instruction is designed for individuals who are looking to develop knowledge and skills relating to the outdoor industry, and who wish to gain practical experience and industry-recognised qualifications whilst earning. This a portfolio-based course that relies on vocational experience to enhance your skills, as well as providing evidence of your competencies to achieve the qualifications included within the apprenticeship. You will work with some of the best employers in the country, providing activities, maintaining equipment and working with different clients in a range of environments.

Entry requirements

  • You will be required to have achieved Maths at Level 1
  • You will be required to have achieved English at Level 1
  • You must have completed an appropriate vocational qualification at Level 2
  • You should have a genuine interest in this subject
