Spanish *FEES PAYABLE* at New Hall School

Course description

If you wish to be a languages specialist, of course you should study two modern languages. However, sound knowledge of a language can lend an international dimension to any other qualification. Language qualifications will help you become more competitive in future job applications: where two candidates have similar degrees, the one with an AS or A2 Level in a language will be more attractive to an employer, particularly in the case of a multi-national company. Speaking another language confidently should help you to compete on equal terms with the new ‘euro Elite’ who, in addition to their own language, have fluent English and high technical qualifications.

Entry requirements

At least a grade B in GCSE in the relevant language (NB grade A or above is required in the writing component of the GCSE).
