AS/A2 Level Modern Languages at Burton and South Derbyshire College

Course description

Studying a language at advanced level offers students the opportunity to enhance their language skills through detailed study of grammar and vocabulary extension in the context of the target language culture. Languages currently on offer are French and Spanish.

Entry requirements

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above with GCSE grade B, or equivalent, in the target language. These requirements may be waived for adult students.

Future opportunities

Higher Education or employment in a wide range of areas.
