Course description

Duties may include:  Filing, photocopying, answering the telephone, entering information onto computer systems, producing and sending routine letters, checking application forms (for example those received for jobs or for some kind of rebate or benefit payments), dealing with petty cash, ordering goods – like stationery, producing statistics – plus staffing an enquiry or reception desk if required.
