Level 2 Diploma in General Construction Operations FT at Chesterfield College

Course description

This course provides a key set of practical construction skills, with a particular emphasis on groundwork operations. This can include digging drainage, laying curbs, channels and pavements. It will provide you with the skills needed to progress to a higher level of training in construction. The course also features a key understanding of civil engineering opening up opportunities of studies in this industry. You will need either a Level 1 qualification or three GCSEs at grade D or above.

Entry requirements

Ideal for anyone with basic construction knowledge, this course provides an effective induction in each of the key disciplines via practical and theory based workshops.
