Critical Thinking at BARR BEACON SCHOOL
Critical Thinking aims to develop and improve the thinking skills of pupils, it does not involve learning facts, but pupils learn how to evaluate the arguments of others and to construct logical arguments of their own. Pupils consider a variety of written materials and are trained to draw conclusions about the way arguments are presented. There are two written assessments.
