Hospitality - BTEC Level 3 at Rastrick High School & Sixth Form College, A Specialist Technology College
In the first year learners study The Hospitality Industry, European Food,
Desserts and Petite Fours plus Planning and Managing a Hospitality
Event. This is taught through written and practical assignments including
a focussed task creating professional standard cupcakes. In the second
year, learners study the Principles of Supervising, Customer Service in
Hospitality, Contemporary World Food, Hospitality Business Enterprise
and Promotional Skills.
