Course description

The course is ideal as a first step for people with an interest in working in Hospitality and catering, with the focus firmly on Front of House service. It is a varied course that offers learners a way of engaging in every part of the Front of House experience while working out in which area they would like to specialise.

4 GCSEs grade A-D and Maths & English Level 1

Future opportunities

We are working with local employment providers and have had many chances to place our learners in some of the most prestigious catering providers in London. This course should lead directly onto the Level 3 Supervision and Leadership as a progression when learners will have the chance to learn how to supervise a team and how to create an excellent customer service environment.
