Course description

Depending on your previous qualifications, you could opt to study either an Extended Diploma, Diploma or Subsidiary Diploma in Game Management. This course focuses on the core elements of game management with emphasis on employability skills. You will study at Reaseheath and on private shooting estates.

This is a two year course designed to give you the skills and knowledge needed to pursue a career working  in game management and related fields, or to enable you to progress to a more advanced course.

You will gain:

  • Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Game Management
  • Functional Skills or GCSE in English and Maths depending on previous qualifications
  • You will have the opportunity to work towards additional NPTC qualifications

Entry requirements

  • At least 4 GCSEs at grade C or above
  • Relevant Level 2 Diploma, or
  • City & Guilds National Certificate, or
  • Level 2 Apprenticeship

    • You will be studying in the beautiful, rural setting of Cheshire, one mile from the market town of Nantwich with good connections to Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Chester. 

      The Reaseheath campus itself is small enough to retain its friendly, family atmosphere, but large enough for you to be able to mix with lots of groups of students. 

      Our front lawn is great to sit out on during the summer and the College lake has much wildlife to watch. 

      Over the past few years we have invested over £50 million in our campus to give you the best possible environment for learning.
