Philosophy & Ethics A-Level at Windsor High School and Sixth Form

Course description

This course is designed to encourage an interest in, and enthusiasm for, a rigorous study of religion. It will enable students to develop insights into areas of knowledge, belief and thought central to an understanding of the modern world. Through a study of philosophy, ethics and the world’s major religions, students will be equipped with a range of knowledge and skills which will help them to make sense of contemporary events.

Entry requirements

Students need to demonstrate evidence of a positive, self-motivated approach to learning and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above in five different subject areas (including English and Maths).
