History A Level at Hayesfield Girls' School and Mixed Sixth Form

Course description

Why study this subject at Hayesfield?

History is a subject which allows you to combine the methodology of a science with the communication skills of an arts subject.

In History you will study some of the individuals and events that have shaped the modern world, from the absolutism of Tsarist Russia to the creation of the British Welfare State.
