Hospitality BTEC Level 3 Diploma at Bromley College of Further & Higher Education

Course description

This course offers you a pathway to higher education if you wish to learn about the Hospitality and Catering industry and have ambitions to study at university or enter a management level career in the sector.

Year 1 is a 90 credit Diploma and year 2 a “top-up” to 120 credit full Diploma which will provide the UCAS points required to make future University applications.

Course content

  • Food & Drink Service
  • European and World Food
  • Creating and managing an event
  • Improving people skills

Entry requirements

  • Level 2 qualification in Hospitality & Catering or
  • Five GCSEs grade A*-C including English and maths
  • You will be required to attend an interview at the College
