Course description

The Hospitality industry is a hugely broad sector that encompasses various service fields, including restaurants, bars, event planning, tourism and housekeeping. Roles vary greatly from each area and it is vital that employees working in this industry are trained to national standards to deliver a professional service.


Course content

This Apprenticeship is aimed at individuals looking to work in a supportive role in a hospitality environment. It is about providing a safe and effective service for customers and colleagues. This qualification will help increase staff awareness of company activities and procedures and give individuals the opportunity to learn new skills relevant to their workplace.

An Apprenticeship in Hospitality provides you with the skills to complete your day to day role. Tasks may include housekeeping, food and drink service, front of house, food processing and event planning. These tasks all require a strong element of efficiency and professionalism and an Apprenticeship in Hospitality will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to excel in your role.
