Print Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship at Learn 2 Print Limited

Course description

An Apprenticeship is a globally recognised qualification and is popular with employers who wish to invest in a successful future with qualified staff. The scheme is aimed at young people between 16 – 24 years of age and certificated by the Sector Skills Council, Pro-skills, City & Guilds & GQA.

Learn2print currently offers the apprenticeship scheme at  Level 2 (Intermediate), and Level 3 (Advanced), both levels are made up of 3 independently certified units:

  • Award in Printing and Graphic Communications (City and Guilds 5405)
  • National Vocational Qualifications (Practical Assessments in the workplace)
  • Functional Skills Maths and English (Candidates may be exempt dependant on prior learning)

Course content

This programme again allows the candidate to select a specialism within the field of print and work towards the qualification in a deeper level of study. It includes both knowledge and practical based assessment and takes between three to four years to complete, depending on prior learning. This qualification will allow you to progress onto a foundation level degree.
