Physics at Waverley School and Sixth form Centre - a Specialist Humanities College

Course description

This is a two year course for those students who have a desire to learn more
about how the universe works.  This course provides a smooth transition
from GCSE to Advanced Physics.  You will develop in-depth knowledge and
understanding of the principles of Physics, gain hands-on practical skills
and data analysis skills and understand the relevance of Physics beyond the
laboratory.  Some students may wish to follow a Physics course for only one year
as an AS GCE, in order to broaden their curriculum.  Others will continue their
