Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship at Milton Keynes Council

Course description

Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study. As an apprentice you’ll work alongside experienced staff, gain job-specific skills, earn a wage and study towards a related qualification.

Course content

Work placements, training within employability and sector specific qualifications.

All include Maths and English FSL2 unless already obtained.

Via portfolio and exams.

Financial information

Apprenticeships will earn a wage or approximately £600 per month.

Our youth faculty, offers Youth Advice and Guidance, Apprenticeship and Traineeship programmes.

Youth, Advice and Guidance is a free and confidential service for young people in Milton Keynes aged 16-19 who are not in employment, education or training.

The apprenticeship Job Club is a one-stop shop for advice and guidance given by our current apprentices for those who are interested in doing a Traineeship, Apprenticeship, Full / Part time work or further Education. Job clubs offer a wide range of workshops that include, Support to access and register with the National Apprenticeship Service, Confidence building and Application and Interview techniques.
