Housing Practice and Maintenance Apprenticeship Level 3 at Moulton College

Course description

Our Advanced Apprenticeship in Housing will support you in a more senior role. It is designed for sta delivering a range of front line housing services such as rent collection, managing properties, leasehold management, sheltered housing, community development and allocations. The two pathways available are housing practice and housing maintenance. The NVQ will assess the knowledge and competence required to perform your job role, covering safe, ethical and sustainable practice in housing, developing positive relationships and planning profession development.

Entry requirements

To complete your apprenticeship, you will also need to achieve English and maths, if you haven’t already achieved a C or above at GCSE. You will also complete Employment Rights and Responsibility and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills which will support you in your chosen career.
