Course description

Business and Management covers a wide diversity of skills and careers that support businesses from small independent shops to global multi-million pound organisations. What they all have in common is that they need different skills and individuals to deliver their products or service.

Our Programmes are designed for those wanting to enter the industry to either work for themselves, or to gain employment. One of the great things about this sector is that the skills you learn are transferable to other businesses so you could be applying them in a record company, a bank or a charity.

Course content

Every business relies on things running smoothly and being able to have information to make changes and decisions. Business and Administration roles handle the day-to-day tasks in a business organising people and resources to keep everything running as it should do. 97% of employers say that effective administration is essential to their business! Our Programmes support job-roles such as Administrator, Senior Administrator, Data Entry Clerk, Process Improvement, Secretary or Personal Assistant. We also offer higher level qualifications for those in supervisory or team leader positions.
