Customer Service Apprenticeship at West Cheshire College
The Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship cover a framework of qualifications including Employment Rights and Responsibilities and the EDI Certificate in Customer Service Level 2/3. Both programmes meet the needs of employers and help you develop the broad range of customer service skills which are required to work effectively in a customer facing environment. You will also improve your functional skills in English, maths and IT.
You will work towards achieving an NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3.
This Apprenticeship would suit those who are currently working in customer service, and would like to work and gain a recognised qualification.
