Food Technology/Food Nutrition at St Thomas More RC School

Course description

Students will learn about the physical, chemical nutritional and biological characteristics of food, processing techniques and the changes they bring about in food, what we choose to eat and why. These points will be taught in focused practical tasks and design and make assignments.
