Psychology at Bedlingtonshire Community High School

Course description

You will develop knowledge and understanding of concepts, theories and studies in relation to psychology.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills of analysis and evaluation and develop knowledge of ethical issues associated with these areas of psychology.

You will be given the opportunity to undertake practical research activities involving collection, analysis and interpretation of qualitative and quantitative data.

The course will involve you studying:-

  • Social Psychology
  • Individual Differences
  • Research Methods.

Entry requirements

Students who do well in this subject have typically achieved at least a Grade C at GCSE in English, Maths and Science.
