Entry requirements

Applicants will have gained 3 GCSEs at Grade D or above and should also demonstrate a keen interest in food and the hospitality industry in general.

Assessment

Assessments and practical tests are carried out throughout the year in line with the assessment calendar. A series of written assignments and short answer question papers are also expected to be completed.
