Course description

This qualification is aimed at anyone who works within the technical aspects of IT. At each level, the award is designed to encourage new learning and to assess workplace competence in applying IT skills relevant to your job role. ICT affects all business sectors including entertainment, construction, education, primary industries, retail and manufacturing. In fact, most jobs are now affected by some form of ICT.Many ICT professionals choose to work in government departments, major corporations and small organisations specialising as network administrators, software developers or support technicians.
