Housing Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship at New College Durham

Course description

In the housing industry you will deal with both people and property. You will be responsible for creating real solutions to peoples housing issues within the public, voluntary and private sector.

Course content

You will study the following:

National Vocational Qualification (NVQ): Certificate in Housing Level 3
Technical Certificate: Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice
Functional Skills: English Level 2, Mathematics Level 2

Entry requirements

There are no pre-requisite qualifications, however in order to achieve the qualifications the candidate must have an appropriate work placement within the industry.

Future opportunities

You could gain further qualifications in Higher Education after you have achieved the Advanced Apprenticeship such as a Foundation Degree in Housing and Communities.
