Applied ICT at South Sefton College

Course description

In the first year, you will research ICT and its impact on the way people live their lives, write an eBook, investigate how transactional websites are designed, learn practical skills to create a database, and develop problem solving skills using spreadsheet models. In the second year, you will undertake a practical project to create a multimedia product and develop technical skills to design, implement and test databases.

Entry requirements

GCSE ICT Grade C or equivalent (if studied)
