Course description

This part time programme is for students with moderate learning difficulties, who are 25+. The course is designed to be a stand-alone course for students looking towards employment, starting work or are ready to live more independently. 'Progressions' courses such as this one are designed to be stand-alone courses for those looking towards employment, starting work or are ready to live more independently. You can choose up to four courses, depending on availability and suitability, including Functional Skills Maths and English.

What Will I Learn

In this course you will focus on work and employment skills. You are expected to take part in work placement and will also learn about the benefits of voluntary work.

Entry requirements

There are no minimum entry requirements, but you will need to show a high level of commitment to the programme. You will also need to attend an interview and will need to provide a reference.
