Health & Social Care BTEC Extended Diploma Level 3 at East Berkshire College

Course description

This course provides you with a good understanding of health studies and social care combining practical, work-related study with theory.

There are a variety of units including vocational practice, communication and supportive skills, human anatomy and physiology, and diet and nutrition.

You will also spend one day a week work experience in a real work environment.
 

Entry requirements

Five GCSE's at C or above including English Language or BTEC Diploma Level 2 at Distinction grade.

Functional English Level 2. You must demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to the course.
