Hospitality, Supervision and Leadership Level 3 at The Vocational Learning Centre Limited

Course description

To  achieve  a  full Level  3 NVQ Diploma in Hospitality,  Supervision  and  Leadership qualification you will need to gain 37 credits,  these must come from the achievement of the  mandatory units and a combination of appropriate optional units. To achieve a full Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Principles Level 3 you will need to gain 11 credits from  the three mandatory units.

Course content

The available certificates in Hospitality Supervision are suitable for people who undertake Hospitality and   Supervision related activities. They provide individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in Hospitality and Supervision. The units encompass an extensive range of competencies from the Hospitality Supervision sector.

Assessment

You will be assessed on and off the job by a dedicated vocational facilitator who will support and guide you through your qualification. Additionally you will undertake an onscreen multiple choice assessment to demonstrate your understanding of the sector requirements.
