Course description

There are over 100 million people employed worldwide in the Travel and Tourism and the industry contribute $2 trillion directly to the global economy. Excellent job prospects in a range of employment areas and the practical skills you will acquire are very good reasons for choosing Travel and Tourism.

Entry requirements

An interest in Travel and a passion for tourism.Skills in Numeracy/Mathematics, Literacy/English and Information and Communication Technology will be useful.

Future opportunities

Past students have gone on to study Tourism, Business Management, Event Management and Civil Aviation at degree level.
Hotel Management, catering, events organisation, hospitality, aviation, logistics – this A Level will improve literacy, numeracy and ICT skills therefore any job requiring these skills will be a possibility.
