Agriculture Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 at Moulton College

Course description

Apprenticeships combine work and college based training. At College you’ll learn the theory and further develop the practical skills which you use at work. Both apprenticeships allow you to choose di erent pathways and within them there will be a mix of mandatory units that you must take, as well as optional units which best refl ect what you are doing at work. You’ll be assessed through providing practical evidence of the work you are doing as well as through answering knowledge questions.

Course content

This apprenticeship in Agriculture is a Level 2 qualifi cation where you choose from either: Crop and Livestock Production, Mixed Farming or Poultry Production. You will also need to achieve English and Maths Level 1 (equivalent to a D or E grade at GCSE), an Employment Rights and Responsibility booklet, a Personal Learning and Thinking Skills booklet and an independent assessment.
