Production Arts (Make-up) Subsidiary Diploma Level 3 at City of Bristol College

Course description

On the programme, you will work with industry trained staff, who will guide you through the skills, techniques and technologies involved with production make-up for different areas. You will cover a range of make-up including theatre, special effects, body painting and prosthetics. Please note this is the less advanced qualification, and we do offer a larger level 90 Credit 1 year qualification, that is more extensive.

Entry requirements

- Maths or equivalent (L2 Functional Skills), a Higher Diploma (which is equivalent to 7 GCSEs at grade A*-C), NVQ 2 or Level 2 Diploma at merit grade with ideally GCSE English and/or Maths at minimum Grade C or equivalent (L2 Functional Skills). Also a level 2 qualification in Hair and Media Make-up is appropriate.
