Entry requirements

You will need a minimum of four GCSE passes at grade D including mathematics. You will also need to have a successful interview with the course tutor.

Assessment

Your work will be continuously assessed throughout the course and by end year exams. The continuously assessed work is based on set assignments, practical and written evidence that you will be asked to complete with set deadlines.

Financial information

Fees are dependent upon age: 16-18 Full-time students normally it is free of charge. Students will be expected to provide their own overalls/clothing for workshop, safety shoes and contribute to the cost of any additional enrichment activities. There is a uniform fee of £30 to cover this. Please contact the Student Services Team for further details about the uniform requirement.
