This course is for those who want to gain a good basic understanding of catering work, enough to succeed in a job or move on to further study.

Assessment

  • demonstrate the ability to work at level one in maths and English in an assessment
  • successful attendance at interview event and satisfactory references
  • you will be asked to provide evidence of your ability in the subject in the form of a practical test

    • September 2014 sees the grand unveiling of a new £45 million Thurrock Campus in Grays which will include restaurants, health facilities, shops and an advice centre.
