Course description

In your first year (AS) you will study topics such as early social development, conformity, obedience, stress, psycho pathology, memory and research methods.
This introduction will form a sound basis for second year (A2), in which you will study topics such as eating behaviour, aggression, gender development, celebrity worship and schizophrenia.
Psychologists observe and measure behaviour. Psychology has links with many disciplines including biological, computer and forensic science as well as humanities such as sociology, philosophy, and even literature. It involves study of theory, empirical evidence and practical applications. This mix of disciplines makes Psychology such a fascinating and worthwhile subject.

Entry requirements

Grade C in English. Grade C in Maths.
