Customer Service level 3 Apprenticeship at KTS Training
This is an exciting career development opportunity to gain work based and technical skills, whilst developing your academic achievement through a programme of on and off the job teaching and training. During the course you will work towards achieving the NVQ level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, the level 3 Certificate in Customer Service Principles and, if exemptions are not in place, your level 2 Maths, English and ICT Functional Skills . Additionally you will also have the opportunity to work on developing 6 core personal learning and thinking skills.
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English preferred
